Curaspan Health Group has a flexible corporate structure designed to maximize client interface opportunities, while minimizing bureaucracy and an unwieldy chain of command. Our organization features regional General Managers who work closely with clients and our numerous specialists and field-based employees. This simple, horizontal structure has proven highly effective. We’ve found it empowers employees, rather than hindering them, and facilitates more personal, one-to-one relationships between our company and our clients. As a result, we have a better understanding of each client’s particular organizational needs.

The efficacy of a regionalized sales and support structure is all the more imperative in the healthcare field, where numerous rules and regulations exclusive to a particular given state are commonplace. Our General Managers and their autonomous teams are much more nimble at absorbing and understanding these variables, as well as the unique needs of the clients they serve.
